Hey! I'm Kim, registered nurse, former ICU nurse, personal trainer, and the person who's going to tell you it doesn't have to be this hard.

 At 28 I was winded walking up stairs. By 30 I'd figured out what actually worked for me...small habits, no extremes, real consistency. Then I spent 20 years in the ICU watching people recover from diseases that didn't have to happen...and I left nursing to help women prevent them.

Now at 46 I'm navigating perimenopause in real time, learning that doing everything right isn't always enough when your hormones, nervous system, sleep, and stress response are all shifting at once.

My method is called Keep It Movin' and it's built on three things: Shift (your mindset), Sync (food and movement to your body), and Sustain (the habits for life).
