 Hey Queen, I’m Kim.

I’m an RN, certified personal trainer, and nutrition coach—and also a cocktail-loving, not-a-veggie-fan, busy mom who had to figure out how to stay healthy without overhauling my entire life.

After 18 years as a nurse, I saw firsthand what happens when women wait too long to take care of themselves. I watched women put everyone else first until their bodies, energy, and confidence were screaming for help.

So I created K.I.M. Keep It Movin’ to change that.

I help women over 40 build simple, doable, hormone-smart habits that fit their real, messy, beautifully chaotic lives. Not the life they wish they had—the one they actually have.
