About Me

I’m Kim—RN, personal trainer, nutrition coach, and the last person who’s going to tell you to eat salads all day.


I’m a cocktail-loving, not-a-veggie-lover, busy mom who figured out how to stay healthy
without overhauling my life—and now I help other women do the same.

After 18 years as a nurse, I saw what happens when we wait too long to take care of ourselves.


So I created
K.I.M. Keep It Movin’ to show women over 40 how to build simple, doable habits that actually fit their real lives.

Because your health matters—even if you’ve got picky taste buds, a million responsibilities, or knees that definitely don’t love burpees.

How long is the commitment?

Great question! The program is a 3-month commitment. Here’s why:

We don’t do shame here. You’ll be supported right back into momentum—because life happens, and we keep it movin’. If the daily challenge needs tweaked, just reach out and we'll tweak it! As long as you as posting your habit daily, it counts, even if it doesn't look like everyone else!
